About Ben 10: No Arm Done
Ben 10: No Arm Done is an arcade action game based on Cartoon Network's 2016 Ben 10 animated series. Ben Tennyson transforms into the powerful Four Arms to defend the waterfront against Clocktopus, a giant mechanical octopus created by Steam Smythe. Your mission is to avoid its attacking tentacles, strike back when they become vulnerable, and disable enough mechanical arms to survive each wave.
Gameplay and Objective
The battle takes place on a wooden platform beneath Clocktopus. Four Arms must stay clear of the machine's tentacle strikes while looking for opportunities to attack. The arena contains five positions, and incoming attacks are indicated by red warning markers.
When a tentacle strikes the platform and becomes stuck, it is temporarily vulnerable. This is your chance to damage it before it retracts. The goal is to disable the required number of tentacles to complete a wave and continue fighting.
Dodging Tentacle Attacks
Clocktopus targets positions across the platform with its mechanical arms. Red warning circles show where an attack is about to land, giving you a brief opportunity to reach an unmarked position.
Later waves become more demanding as multiple tentacles attack at once. Finding a safe position requires careful attention to the warning markers and the pattern of incoming strikes.
Strength and Smash Attacks
When a mechanical tentacle becomes trapped in the platform, Four Arms can strike it repeatedly to build his strength meter. Once the meter is full, he performs a powerful smash that disables the tentacle.
It generally takes five successful hits to build enough strength for the finishing attack. However, the opportunity is limited: if the tentacle retracts before enough damage is dealt, you must wait for another opening.
Health and Wave Progression
The game displays Four Arms' health and strength meters at the bottom of the screen. The health meter decreases when Clocktopus lands a successful attack. If it reaches zero, the attempt ends.
Each wave requires a certain number of tentacles to be disabled. As the waves progress, the machine launches more simultaneous attacks, making it increasingly difficult to balance survival with opportunities to counterattack.
Tips for Surviving Longer
- Watch the warning circles: Red markers indicate where Clocktopus is preparing to strike.
- Stay near safe openings: Avoid dangerous positions while remaining close enough to reach vulnerable tentacles.
- Attack trapped arms quickly: A stuck tentacle can retract if you do not build enough strength in time.
- Monitor your health: Avoid unnecessary damage, as your health is limited during the run.
- Prepare for multiple attacks: Later waves feature several tentacles striking simultaneously.
- Focus on the wave objective: Keep track of how many tentacles remain to be disabled before progressing.
